Hey hey,

my name is Johannes. I'm 25 years old and I've been studying for a Master's degree in Toxicology at RPTU here in Lautern since winter semester 23/24 and have been a member of the Chemistry Student Council ever since. In the FSR, I am responsible for team building, write the minutes of our meetings and act as a speaker for the Toxicology degree program. If I'm not in the lab, you'll find me in the student council room. Nine times out of ten I'm doing something for the university and sipping a cup of tea or coffee. Outside of my university commitments, I spend my free time listening to music or meeting up with friends - but most of us know how it is with university and free time.

I'm Hendrik, 22 years old and I've been studying chemistry here at the university since winter semester 21/22, now in my 2nd master's semester. I've been a member of the student council since summer semester 2023. I am currently responsible for writing the minutes of our council meetings and for IT-related tasks. I am also the contact person for questions and co. about studying chemistry (B.Sc/M.Sc). I spend most of my time at the university in the lab or in the student council room. I prefer to spend my (limited) free time with my friends or at the gym.

Hi there,

My name is Bent and I'm now in my 4th semester of the chemistry degree program. I've been on the council since my first semester and I'm currently in charge of the camp and event departments. As I'm often underground due to the storage unit, where I lack light, I compensate for this with a beer in my claw on the fire escape to achieve the eponymous fire escape tan.

Hi there,

I'm Tim, I started studying here at the university in winter semester 20/21 and have been a member of the FSR since summer semester 25. I'm jointly responsible for events and the courtyard in the student council. In my free time, I like tinkering with motorcycles and other vehicles and playing Mariokart. I'm also the worst kind of nerd and like to watch Star Trek or anything else that takes place in space. If I'm not in the FSR, I'm probably working on my fire escape tan with an amber shower in my hand.

Hello there,

my name is Janin, I am 23 years old and started my master's degree in toxicology at RPTU in the winter semester 24/25. I also joined the council last semester, so this is now my second semester on the council. Together with Lara, I am in charge of the old exams and protocols. Vivien and I are also jointly responsible for public relations. Together with Johannes I and Lennart, I attend the student council conference to represent the interests of chemistry and bring information back to the council from there. When I'm not attending lectures, studying or working, I listen to music almost 24/7, so it's not surprising that I like going to various concerts and festivals. When I have time, I like to read a lot or do things with friends.

My name is Lennart. I've been studying Chemistry with a focus on Business Studies and Economics at RPTU since winter semester 24/25. I'm Johannes, I started studying Bachelor Chemistry here at the university in winter semester 21/22 and I've been a member of the FSR since winter semester 22/23. In the student council, I'm jointly responsible for IT, drinks and I'm one of the representatives for the student council conference. I'm also responsible for the inner courtyard. I'm one of the four student representatives on the Faculty Council and I'm the student representative on the Chemistry Examination Board.

If I don't have anything to do for the university (or I'm putting off what I have to do for the university again), I'm usually training, doing something with my friends or working on my fire escape tan with a beer in my claw.

Lara Steuerwald

Hey,

I am Lara. In the winter semester 20/21 I started studying Food Chemistry at the TU Kaiserslautern, now I'm in the Master's program. This semester is my 6th semester on the Council. Almost at the beginning of my time on the Council, I became the 1st Finance Officer and have remained so for almost 2 1/2 years. I also take care of team-building events and old exams. I am also the contact person for your questions about studying food chemistry. At the weekend you can find me in the stadium, either at the Betze or away.
